Hi there,
Godot looks like a really neat engine, and I'm very interested in since some weeks/months. But I never took the time to learn how to use it.
I have some projects and I'll have to make them with a delimited amount of time.
I'm a student in game design and I'll have 6 weeks to build something. To learn something. To make something. Whatever I want... And I wanted to know if learning how to use Godot would be possible in only 6 weeks.
I won't do a whole gaming, or anything. I just want to learn the basics, and make a small project, maybe a platformer, but I'd like to make a turn-based rpg (Really, really simple) or a diablo-like (But I assume i'd be the most complicated and time consuming so...)
I know almost nothing about coding so it might be really difficult at first.
What do you guys thinking ? Is that possible, that, in 6 weeks, anyone can make a little project ?
I already have done a little platformer in 48 hours in the Unreal Engine by visual scripting for a GameJam. Don't know if that could help.
Thanks by advance for any input and have a nice day.
