opengl emulator 2.1 and 3.3

good afternoon to use the program you need to have opengl 3.0 which means that not all computers can run this program, so I recommend that in the event that the computer can not run the program because it does not have opengl 3.0, it can be emulated with the following files that are opengl emulators and in this way all computers have access to this wonderful program

from these two files you can create one that is capable of emulating opengl 3.0 without having to own it and in this way the program can be executed by any computer

Got any more official sort of mirror? I'll download and scan them I guess but honestly seems iffy.

edit: host redirects through something suppper suspect - ain't touching that with 10 foot pole.

@Calinou Right except the moderation board is invisible to everyone except moderators and administrators. So I'd rather just remove the links in OP and move this thread back - with your post as the answer.
