Default Theme doesn't work, why?

Hello,
I recently downloaded the Godot Engine, but I came across one issue, which is that the default theme doesn't work. It doesn't get auto-selected at the start, and when I choose it manually, this error shows up in the black console (the seperate window):
ERROR: Error loading custom theme 'res://default_env.tres' at: initialize_theme (scene/register_scene_types.cpp:799) Mono: Log file is: 'C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/Godot/mono/mono_logs/2022-07-24_01.07.44_13116.log'

Oh yeah sorry, there are some german parts in there, here are some translations:

"Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden." --> "The system can not find the specified file."
"Das System kann den angegebenen Pfad nicht finden." --> "The system can not find the specified path."
"Die angegebene Prozedur wurde nicht gefunden." --> "The specified procedure couldn't be found."
