No, and links are not there to be ignored.
Here's the gist: That comes either together with OpenGL, so Godot 4.x, probably 4.1, no date is known. Or when Vulcan supports it, which is in the stars. It is recommended you stay with 3.x for the time being.
Also, as you should know, your current efforts of porting your framework will partly have to be repeated since there will still be breaking changes before 4.0 is finally released for production use. So don't be disappointed when that happens.
