A team of experienced Godot Developers is available for contract work. We have experience with Godot 3.x and Godot 4 (master).
In the past 2+ years we have been working on a custom Automotive AR system powered by Godot for Wayray (https://wayray.com). We also just finished a project on the Oculus Quest 2, where we integrated the Foxus aftermarket stereo webcam for passthrough AR: https://foxus.com and reached around 60 fps performance (the maximum what the camera supports).
When possible, we are upstreaming the features that we implement in the engine. The latest submitted PRs (with associated proposals):
We implemented more engine features in Godot 3.x for our automotive client that are not open source yet:
- Added Geometry and Compute Shader support
- Added multi-layer rendering
- External texture support
- Qt / QML integration
Apart from Godot Engine, we also have experience with Unreal, with Carla Simulator (https://carla.org/) in particular. To build a VR simulator for AR experience, we integrated Godot with Unreal so the AR visuals rendered by Godot were correctly displayed on a virtual HUD inside Carla.
We mostly worked with C++, GDScript and Lua, but the team has experience in other languages as well (Rust, C#, Java, TypeScript ... etc.)
