Export to Android | Project Settings missing

Hi folks,

i am new to this forum but not new to programming and stuff like this.
Recently i tried to export to android updated my versions (android studio etc)
Then i followed some tutorials installed the export templates, inserted my keystore file but i was unable to set the SDK Path in the PROJECT SETTINGS because there is no key/value there.
I tried it on different computers with Version 3.5.stable and with the current 4.xx version. But i do not have those settings...
Any hint how i can solve this problem?
