Why isn't my interpolation working?

Im the movement code for pacman and am making the character move in a grid based pattern, but for some reason the interpolation isn't working. I got the code straight from a kids can code tutorial, and it worked before I adjusted it. Below is a picture of my code and a video of the issue:

The interpolation type is set to TRANS_SINE. That means each movement will start off slow, speed up in the middle, then slow down again.
Try changing it to TRANS_LINEAR instead (move at constant speed for the whole interpolation).
