I'm researching agent modelling for my postgrad and have encountered this paper from VNIIEF (which belongs to Russian Federal Nuclear Center):

The authors claim they've created a domain-specific language for their agent modelling platform, but even if you don't know Russian, you would see some familiar features on figures. The software in question (Optimus suite) is closed-source and seemingly even closed-license (I couldn't find any traces of it besides of papers). I'm not sure they have distributed it outside of their institution, so "copyright notice and license statement" seems out of question yet.
But the real question is: should paper and article authors credit Godot engine usage in their research? This particular example looks like a copycat, and it haunts me much.
