I know nothing about how to use godot or programming, but i like rpg maker, and i think its very easy to learn n use
however i know that in the future, if my will to make a 3d mmorpg still exists, i will leave rpg maker and use godot, since godot is a lot better than rpg maker, which is just easier and faster
ive seen on youtube a guy teaching how to make a topdown rpg 2d, he takes 2 hours to do something that you can do nearly the same in rpg maker in less than 10 minutes (he makes a abs/zelda battle system, while rpg maker standard is a pokemon firered/turn based battle system)
i dont think however that the diference will be that different when making more complex games
how much harder it is to learn godot n use it to make rpgs? how much + time will b used in the learning n game dev?
1 - like a zelda/pokémon game from nintendo ds
2 - like a breath of the wild
3 - like a world of warcraft/FF14
