I heart godot. It's making a lot of things easier than I would expect them to be. Here's a simple test of a character running around my procedural terrain to test the character controller and camera. I'm saving a lot of art direction for later, so it's all pretty much placeholder stuff I can get for now. Hoping to someday get some good textures and models that fit the aesthetic I'm going for. Next, it's on to foliage placement.
