I don't know how I managed to break the editor in my main scene, but when I try to scale an object via the gizmo, it will immediately shrink to a tiny size before letting me drag it up to scale.
But since it gets so tiny when initiating the scaling, I never manage to scale it up to the desired dimensions. It also happens with newly created 3d instance primitives. Scaling via Inspector works fine.
I'm stumped as to what I did for this to happen. It used to work fine and still does so in newly created scenes.
Has anyone ever encountered something similar?
