Constant crashing after trying VC stage changes

Godot 4 Beta 10 + Godot git plugin v3

When I used the Commit Tab and clicked to stage all changes, godot crashed. Now everytime I try to open the project it crashes.
I can open other projects and even run and play the game from the Project Manager, but I can't edit/open it.

I tried duplicating the project folder, but that won't open either.

I'm pretty new so I have no idea what to do now. Any help is very appreciated
