New pre release crashes and hang for simple aspects, example like import 3d models, textures while updating materials even some times opening the existing project, on serious note even creating new empty project!

does this release crash all the time or only the first time such actions are done ?

I've encountered various first time crashes with beta releases from time to time (import many fonts at once, having 3D models removed from the project for unknown reasons, playing a bit too much with completion sub-window, ...)
They happened only once and never dare to show up again, I guess there were those infamous Gremlins.

If you can consistently reproduce the issue, then please make an issue on GitHub for it and link a reproduction project (ideally). Make sure to also check that no one has reported this issue already though. 🙂
